Thread: Periodic Health Assessment- PHA

    Default Periodic Health Assessment- PHA

I am having difficulty loading the PHA website. It keeps trying, but a blank white page shows. Is this still the current link to fill out the online PHA questionaire or is there a newer link? Is anyone else having problems? Help!

I had the same problem and no that is not the newest link... you will probably have to ask your local HS to get the one that works. I would post it but I am currently snow in my apartment and the info is on my work station. Good luck!

Do you know what is meant by the Group ID number? I tried my unit address but the search came up empty so I could not proceed.

You have to get the Group Number from your Corpsman who is managing the physical exams, if your prime remote it's probably the corpsman that sevices your unit.

Just FYI...My Sector made an anouncement this morning indicating that PHA's have been postponed unitl March 2011 because of lack of funding. Any requests fo PHA's and PHA matarials will be delayed unitl then including the Web application..

FYI, the Reserve instructions for Group ID (Reservists placing a "R" before the OPFAC) doesn't work.

I literally just left my PHA appointment and was a little disappointed that I was never asked for an ID. This was the most invasive to date...one blood draw. Otherwise still just limited to height, weight, "can you hear me", "can you see me" questions and the only measurements were blood pressure, heart rate, and temp.

I just completed my OMSEP PHA yesterday and prior to going I also had problems with the website but here in Sector Hono the group ID was suppossed to be our OPFAC but that didn't work so I called the HS who was the POC and he gave me thier OPFAC and worked like a charm.

That's pretty funny. Does that mean no one can get physicals until March?
