These questions popped up as far as CG Dailies were concerned and I figured I'd post them here for others to learn from........

Q: When we use our CG resources like absorbent boom and pads from our response trailers, does that get put into the "USCG Purchase" section?
A: Yes

Q: Under the "USCG Purchase" section, what is the DCN and what information do I fill that block with?
A: DCN is the Document Control Number. It's the number used to make the purchase for new or replacement items. Just make sure whoever does your purchasing gives you that #.

Q: Do you start the dailies on the day the FPN was opened or the day that people started responding?
ex: FPN created on 19th and no one started leaving to
respond until the 20th.
A:You start them on the day the FPN was created so that it keeps the gathered information organized.
