If the Coast Guard handed out iphones after "A" school graduation...it would be much cheaper than purchasing the CFR's we need to do our job. Each application is about $12. What a savings! I bought one called Hazref 2008 for $3.99. It has all the info you need to ship hazmat when using 49 CFR. Lol. A girl can dream hmmm?
